Brewed to a traditional recipe to reflect and commemorate the Centenary Way which runs from York to Filey (through the farm home of the Wold Top Brewery). Centenary Way is lightly hopped with Northdown and Styrian Goldings. A slight nutty flavour develops from the use of mild malt also giving a smooth hint of sweetness with overtones of chocolate and caramel.
